Q: Do you provide partial day coverage during weekends?
A: We normally do not provide coverage on weekends. But on special request and circumstances, we might reconsider providing service on Saturdays.
Q: My wedding venue appears dark. Will you be able to work in this situation and will it affect the quality of our photos?
A: We have photographed in the darkest of dark chapels and reception venues so you need not to worry! If the situation permits, we can set up additional lighting facilities to ensure we get focused pictures.
Q: Do you provide pre-wedding photos and if so, will it be included with the actual wedding package?
A: Yes, we do provide pre-wedding photoshoot services and we have variety of motiffs to choose from. We can include it with the actual wedding day package but with extra cost.
Q: How long does it take to get my prints?
A: Product creation times vary, however, print orders will generally be completed within 6 weeks after the product order is submitted. For rushed processing, £150.00 will be charged.
